Application: Air aromatization: 3-5 drops of oil per 15 sq.m.

Hot inhalations: 1-2 drops of oil, procedure duration 4-7 minutes.

Baths: 3-4 drops of oil. Massage: 4-5 drops of oil per 15 g of vegetable oil.

Rubbing: 7 drops of oil per 15 g of base.

Compresses: 2-3 drops of oil.

Volume: 10 ml.
